How BadgeBrite works

BadgeBrite V1 is intentionally simple: organizers run an event form, attendees submit from phone, and badges print through a local Windows print client.

V1 operating model

Organizer account uses a verified email address as the unique sign-in identity.
Each event has one form, one QR entry point, and one print queue flow.
Accepted submissions become print jobs automatically.
If printer is down, jobs remain queued and print when station recovers.
V1 printer support is intentionally narrow: Brother QL-810WC via USB.
